vivamaxwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vivamaxwin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
vivamaxwin does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time without notice.
